How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Deciding whether therapy is right for you is a personal choice. If you are experiencing emotional destress, difficulty coping, relationship issues, grief or loss, unhealthy patterns of behavior, low self-esteem, life transition challenges, or simply feel stuck or unfulfilled, therapy may be a helpful way to navigate life's challenges.

Does my health insurance cover sessions?

Yes, health insurance may cover all or part of the cost of sessions in many instances. During your complimentary consultation we will be sure to cover all insurance benefit information as well as cost share information with you.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

I do have a sliding fee scale. It is important that mental health care is accessible, so please reach out if finances are stopping your from receiving care.

How long does each session take?

Session times can range. Most sessions are 45 to 60 minutes and can take place in the comfort of your home or office via a telehealth platform.
